All About Alli

Alli has long understood the importance of caring for both body and mind. What began as a simple commitment to her morning exercise routine became a steady anchor that supported her physical health and mental resilience. Alongside this personal discipline, she dedicated over 30 years to her career as an attorney, representing individuals who could not afford legal fees. Advocating for others was not only her profession but also her honor, as she devoted her career to ensuring access to justice for those in need.

Throughout her legal career, Alli navigated her own challenges with anxiety, finding balance and strength in both exercise and her long-standing involvement in Al-Anon, the sister program to Alcoholics Anonymous, where she supported families impacted by alcoholism.

Now retired from law, Alli has embraced a new chapter rooted in her lifelong passion for wellness and helping others. She is a fitness instructor specializing in Visualization Walking Workouts—unique walking sessions that blend physical activity with guided imagery. These sessions are designed to empower individuals to release stress, build self-esteem, and nurture emotional well-being, fostering a holistic approach to health and personal growth.

Walking Visualization

A Walking Visualization is a fun, follow-along workout designed to keep you moving and motivated. As the host guides you through a walking routine, on-screen text highlights exactly what they’re saying—so you can see and hear the instructions in real time. This makes it easy to stay focused, stay on pace, and enjoy the workout like you’ve got a coach right beside you.

We’d love for you to join in! Try one of the Walking Visualizations—you’ll see how easy (and fun!) it is to stay active while following along.
